What is a “Conditional” Pathogenic Human Body Parasite?

Using the survey and study method of taking sebum localization, Sebum Quantification and Demodex infectiosity as diagnosis standards to verify part of an Acne Rosacea patient\s Demodex count, we found that the number of Demodex of this patient was many folds bigger than that of normal facial skin an of the Facial skin suffering from other skin diseases. This is, just like the number of other pathogenic micro-organisms, related to their pathopoiesis. For example, under normal saprophytic condition, suppurative staphylococcus will find it hard to penetrate undamaged skin, i.e. a person on whose skin there are bacteria but who does not suffer from bacterial skin diseases. Only when the skin is unhealthy will the bacteria reproduce in large numbers and damage the skin and cause diseases this could only happen to few people. Another example: In an artificial infection experiment with typhoid bacillus, the infection volume is 10x10 live bacterium units. Volunteers may get sick. If the infection volume is 10x10x10x10x10x10x10 live bacterium units. Only 50% of volunteers mayget sick. If the infection volume increases to 10x10x10x10x10x10x10x10x10 live bacteria units, 95% of them will get sick. This shows that a disease is related to the number pathogen in certain degree. This type of pathogen is commonly known as the “conditional pathogenic micro-organism”.
